About the role

The Performance Marketing Manager will execute innovative marketing campaigns to drive customer acquisition and retention across specific digital channels for the National Lottery in Ireland working alongside the Premier Lotteries Ireland (PLI) team.

You will have experience in one or more of the core digital marketing channels of SEO, PPC, Display, Affiliate, Email and Paid Social and will support / manage the execution of promotional campaigns for PLI.

We are looking for people with experience in both Acquisition and Retention experience in the Digital Marketing space. Responsible for elements of the online marketing budget, you will manage and optimise campaigns to deliver maximum value to the business through new customer acquisition and other supporting KPIs. Creating, maintaining and circulating regular performance reports, as well as presenting performance of the budget will be necessary.

If working on retention you will assist in the build and execution of eCRM communications for the Irish Lottery. You'll provide reporting and feedback on areas, such as hard and soft bounces, to the CRM team and ensure optimisation of creative, sending plans to improve on open and click through rates.
